Returns & refunds

Every print is made to order, so I can't accept change-of-mind returns. If your print arrives damaged or with a printing defect, email a photo of the problem within 14 days of delivery and I'll send a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

If an order hasn't gone to print yet, I can usually still cancel it — reply to your receipt email as soon as possible.
